This report represents an analysis of an AAR (After Action) report from a practical training event that included AAR reports from nominated participants and AAR focus group meeting minutes. AAR reports are reviews of the outcome of a practical training event including positive and negative assertions regarding structure, quality and coordination besides proposals for improvements. The purpose of this analysis was to understand better the training process and the need for crisis management improvements. Furthermore, the purpose was to analyse how AARs could be attractive tools for crisis response improvements. |
